  • One week: Preparation

  • Available via private messaging on daily basis offering support/encouragement and readily available to answers questions/concerns


  • One pre-Whole30 call (face/phone)

    • Get to know each other

    • Discuss health concerns and goals

    • Discuss food likes/dislikes for meal planning/recipe guides

    • Identify local grocery stores for identifying best place to find items

    • Support individualized needs during Whole30 program ie: budget-friendly, busy schedule, etc.

  • One progress assessment halfway through Whole30

    • Identify what is working/what needs improvement

  • One reintroduction planning session (week 4 of Whole30)


  • Weekly emails with information, recipes, and resources to promote success and build knowledge base

  • Assistance to navigate various Whole30 resources to support your journey


  • Meal planning and preparation tips to fit new changes into your lifestyle

    • Assistance with organizing recipes and grocery lists

  • Suggestions on how to arrange weekly routines/cooking/preparation


  • Motivation and support throughout especially when you need it the most during the program
